It’s all in your head

Ever think to yourself you’re not feeling well and start analyzing things?  We all do, well at least I think we all do.  Half the time I think headaches aren’t caused by stress, poor diet, too much/not enough caffiene/nicotine; but instead are caused by thinking so much about a minor pain that it in turn causes a more major pain… Thoughts?

I’ll agree that concentrating and actively thinking about a headache will make it worse. This is why asking, “How’s your headache?” is the meanest question you can ask to somebody who had a headache an hour or two before.
