Chevy Aveo – Less Expensive than the Regal

Another car less expensive than the Regal, he’s going to use his funny math again!
Not this time folks, I’m just going to use straight up real math this time! According to a study by NPR the average American commute is 25 minutes each way. (I live in Buffalo, which was one of the lowest so ha!) So 50 minutes a day, five days a week for a year is about 9 days of commuting.
Pretending you only commute in your car and never do ANYTHING else with it, which if you have a Chevy Aveo may be the case! You would spend about 216 hours on your commute. Or about 108 two-hour movies. Figure you are financing the Aveo at 4% for 60 months will run you around $1900 a year to buy the car (no you can’t have power windows!). That would give you less than $17.60 to spend on each movie at the Regal so there’s no way you’re bringing a date to all of those flicks! As a matter of fact, you can’t buy the Medium Drink Medium Pop Combo with your ticket!
Now who sees 108 movies a year? I have no idea, but 54 pairs of tickets or just more than one a week, I am sure there are love birds out there who take their dates to far TOO many movies.
Newsflash, find something else to do! Take a walk in the park, go to the beach, coffee maybe? Something and you won’t have to walk to the Regal, you can drive to a date in your brand new Aveo!
