Always wanted to go to Manhattan?  Always wanted to stay at the top of the line hotel, but couldn’t afford it?  Maybe you can.  The Battery Park Ritz Carlton starting around $240 a night will let you and a friend stay in the lap of luxury in Manhattan for less than it would cost to spend the night at the Regal.  A stay at the Regal for two for 24 hours will end up running you more than a day at the Ritz, and if you book during their promotional period they may even throw in some free food.  Would Regal ever do that?  I think not!
