Yes its true, anything you can buy at your local Dollar Tree is less expensive than the Regal.  But how much less expensive?  Well let’s think… for the cost of ONE regular Regal ticket you can get seven or eight items at the dollar store.  Just think about how much fun your kids can have at their next party with 7 packs of parachuting soldiers!  That’s a couple dozen plastic men dropping from the nearest bridge!  Or you could get a dozen wooden spoons in two packs for stirring your next batch of soup or tossing some salad at a party.  Dozens upon dozens of red plastic cups for your next flip cup tournament could be had, and I’m sure that tourney will be way more fun the whatever is showing at the movies these days.

The next time you think about taking a trip down to the Regal, think again, and take your date to the dollar store instead, after all it is a recession, and if she’s Mrs. Right she’ll really appreciate your frugality when you buy her a ten pack of princess costume rings for a dollar!
