Nephew Barry

Only one thing of course… fireworks, beer, and BBQs, ok that was three things and none of them were the important one. Independence Day, (Fourth of July if you will). The day we sit back have a picnic and remember that our great nation fought for freedom. It’s a day we remember our founding fathers George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, Uncle Sam and Nephew Barry? Wait I think that went off track a minute, I thought April 15th was the day we remembered Uncle Sam. That used to be true ladies and gentleman, but ever since our favorite Uncle’s favorite nephew Barack came to power it seems like we’re remembering them every day. No longer are we paying federal taxes once a year (or weekly in our payrole deduction) but instead there are taxes being built into the cost of operating businesses and thus built into the products we buy. All of a sudden it seems that Nephew Barry has confused Independence Day with Canada Day and Capitalism with Socialism. Have a Happy 4th and shoot some fireworks off, while you still can (except here in New York were they are illegal!)

Happy fourth, hopefully by this time next year out tax dollars will have every American insured and due to a high speed trains will be traveling across the country and we’ll be using the metric system.
