In a recent update on Healthcare.gov the Federal Government in an unprecedented move has COMBINED services as a way to save the taxpayers money.
If your are in need of urgent care and would like to take a number for the nearest medical center queue simply press the OnStar button. The button will automatically send the Federal Division of Health Services your vehicle location through GPS as well as your name, address and social security number by using the vehicle’s VIN and registration information allowing your Healthcare Account Points to be appropriately credited.
For those without a GM vehicle OnStar through its affiliation with the Federal Government will soon be available on Chrysler brand vehicles, unfortunately this time saving measure will not be available on other makes and models seeing as only government owned brands will be offering this feature.
