Maybe its just me… 2
September 11, 2009mike No Comments »As I admitted in the last edition… I’m a little biased. I have had Palm devices since before the smartphone entered the world, before color screens (and the first color screen but who’s counting). I remember when Treos were made by Handspring (though my first one was made by palmsource). I have also been with Sprint since the Motorola StarTAC was the must have (and had data on that, what a hotshot I was in all its WAP glory). And yes, I have a Palm Pre on Sprint in all of its webOS slickness. So I am biased, but so is every other reviewer. I would like to mention one phone that was also announced, and another carrier, OS etc, that I am a bit excited about. The Google Android OS, Motorola CLIQ and T-Mobile. Their plans are cheap (not quite as all in or as high speed as Sprints, but for the average user solid); they now have three Android phones (to everyone elses’ none); and Motorola has made some pretty solid products over the years and is a brand that people trust. So I would like to give Motorola and them so accolades for their mainstream smartphone announcement this week as well.
