		<description>Ok... Lets get one thing straight. While I agree that customer service on the whole does completely suck, and I in fact went to Best Buy this past weekend, and while I do not like being disturbed while I am perusing the shelves I was not approached by one single associate while I was there, which is not the way to do business. However, the customer is NOT always right, in fact the customer is quite a lot of the time wrong, and I think once the shopping masses understand that, their customer service experiences will be far better times.
