Dropping the ball
November 16, 2009mike No Comments »Ah what an expression. In most every sport (presuming the phrase originated in baseball) dropping the ball is a bad thing. Unless of course you are over the net in basketball or the hole in golf (dropping the ball in golf usually means you went out of bounds though). In life dropping the ball means you meant to do something and for whatever reason you didn’t. And today I would like to mention one ball I dropped. This website! Was it intentional? No not really. Was it avoidable? It should have been. Will it happen again? Of course it will! I would like to apologize to our loyal readers for me dropping the ball. I will try to commit more time and energy to the site in the weeks that come. Thanks, I guess I’ll just use my mulligan on this hole!
